Pre-Sales Lead Management System — common questions
Starter (IF-LMS-001) is for one project and a 5-user team — capture and follow-up. Professional (IF-LMS-002) runs a full pre-sales floor across up to 3 projects, adding portal auto-capture, telephony, full site-visit management and a 25-firm Channel Partner Portal. Enterprise (IF-LMS-003) scales to up to 30 users, up to 5 projects, IVR & missed-call capture, advanced routing and data-ready predictive scoring, a 100-partner portal and audit-ready governance.
No. Every edition is a one-time price for a perpetual licence to use the deployed system — no monthly subscription and no per-user monthly fee. The optional Annual Care Plan is the only recurring fee payable to Intelliflow, and cloud hosting is separate.
The system covers lead capture → nurture → follow-up → site visit. Once a site visit is completed, the lead is handed to your Sales person and leaves the pre-sales system. Booking, inventory, cost sheets, collections and the customer portal are NOT included — those are separate Sales/Post-Sales products.

You receive a perpetual licence to use the deployed system; the software IP and source code remain with Intelliflow. A source-code buyout can be quoted separately.
