Terms of Service

By accessing or using the Intelliflow website (intelliflow.com) and associated services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use our Services. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Intelliflow, a registered MSME (UDYAM-TS-20-0165162) based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

Intelliflow provides a Pre-Sales Operating System ("Platform") designed for real estate lead management and channel partner operations. Our Services include the website, platform access, consultation services, implementation support, and related documentation.

Our Services are intended for businesses and authorized representatives. By using our Services, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization.

• Platform access is provided after a formal onboarding process and service agreement.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account.
• Each account is licensed for use by the subscribing organization only.

You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services or its related systems.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any aspect of the Platform.
• Share, resell, or sublicense your access to the Platform without written consent.
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or any harmful content to the Platform.
• Use the Services to collect, store, or process data in violation of applicable privacy laws.

Your data belongs to you.Intelliflow's architecture enforces strict company-level and project-level data isolation. Your data is never shared with, visible to, or accessible by other organizations using the Platform.

You retain all ownership rights to data you input into the Platform. We do not claim ownership of your leads, contacts, bookings, or any business data.

The Intelliflow name, logo, Platform, website content, design, and underlying technology are the intellectual property of Intelliflow and are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our intellectual property without prior written consent.

We strive to maintain high availability of our Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or upgrades that temporarily affect availability. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of planned downtime.

Specific pricing, payment schedules, and billing terms are defined in individual service agreements executed between Intelliflow and each client organization. All fees are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified in the service agreement.

Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or sensitive information exchanged during the course of business. This includes but is not limited to business data, technical configurations, pricing terms, and operational processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intelliflow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of or inability to use the Services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from the Services shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Intelliflow in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Intelliflow, its officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

Either party may terminate the service relationship as defined in the individual service agreement. Upon termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked. You may request an export of your data within 30 days of termination, after which data may be permanently deleted.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hyderabad, Telangana, India.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
